Shipping and Delivery

Parcel Post: 2-8 days | Express Post: 1-3 days

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

If you are an overseas customer and would like to purchase from thebeachlife. please email contact@thebeachlife.com.au and we will arrange the order and shipping.

Can I pick my beach umbrella up from your store?

We are an online business though if you live on the Gold Coast or are travelling through, then feel free to send us an email and we can do our best to help you out.

How long will my delivery take?

Australia Wide: Orders are dispatched Monday through to Friday, before 12pm. Please note that any orders placed after 10am will be dispatched the following business day.

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays (unless you email contact@thebeachlife.com.au and need us to help out for a special reason, we'll make it happen).

What happens if the item I order goes out of stock?

If the item suddenly goes out of stock after your purchase, you will be sent an email promptly at which point you will be able to choose whether you would like to order a replacement or receive a full refund or store credit.

For pre-orders, the date of a delivery is an approximate date and we cannot guarantee arrival on a particular day. If the approximate delivery date is subject to change, you will be notified by email.

Can I track my order?

We will send you a tracking number via email upon dispatch which you can then track. If you have any issues, hit up our team at contact@thebeachlife.com.au

Faulty or Damaged Stock

What happens if a part of my beach umbrella, towel or bag is faulty?

Please notify us via email at contact@thebeachlife.com.au along with images of the damage and we will absolutely get you fixed up!
