SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping & Delivery Times

Australia Wide: Orders are dispatched Monday through to Friday, before 12pm. Please note that any orders placed after 10am will be dispatched the following business day.

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays. Purchases made on these days will be processed on the following business day.

For metro areas, please allow 3-7 business days for delivery & for rural areas, please allow 5-10 business days for delivery. 

A tracking number will be sent to you via email upon dispatch so that you can track the delivery of your goods. 

Shipping Costs

With all orders, FREE standard shipping is included. For Express Shipping, a flat rate of $15 applies. 

Pre-ordered Items

For any order which contains pre-ordered items, the shipment will be delayed until all items are in stock to be dispatched. If you do require your in-stock item to be shipped earlier, please reach out to our team at contact@thebeachlife.com.au

 

REFUND POLICY

Return Conditions
We hope you're absolutely in love your latest beach product but if you're not obsessed, we're happy to provide a full refund or online store credit. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to organise your return.  

Your items must be in the original packaging and be in the same condition it arrived to you in.

You will be required to pay for the return shipping of the item and we will not be liable if there is any loss or damage during transit. We suggest using a trackable delivery service so you can keep track of the item until returned. Once the item is received, please allow 1-3 business days for the refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Faulty/Damaged Products
All products are quality controlled and inspected before being shipped. If there is an issue with your product or your product is faulty, please send an email within 7 business days to our team at contact@thebeachlife.com.au with an image of the concern.

You will then have 14 ​calendar days to return the item from the date that you received it. 

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we'll inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. Following inspection, we will immediately notify you of the status of your refund.
 
Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 10% will apply to all returned items. This amount will be deducted from the applicable refund.
